Identity and Contact Details of the ControllerThe controller of personal data is the company Favorlogic s.r.o., ID No.: 02213567, with its registered office at Rostislavovo náměstí 2852/11612 00, Brno - Královo pole, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 80636 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
A visitor to the website www.favorlogic.cz as a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject"), by filling in and sending the contact form, grants the Controller consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter also referred to as "GDPR"). In connection with the processing of personal data, the Controller provides the Data Subject with the information below pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR.
Based on the granted Consent, the Controller will process the following personal data about the Data Subject::
- name and surname;
- email address;
- company;
other information corresponding by its nature to personal data that will be randomly provided in free form by the Data Subject in the contact form, without being requested by the Controller;
(collectively referred to as "Personal Data").
Based on this Consent, the Controller will process Personal Data for the purpose of contacting the Data Subject, including responding to requests for the Controller's services by the Data Subject, handling requests from the Data Subject, answering the Data Subject's inquiries, etc.
The Controller does not perform automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR based on the Consent.
Granting Consent is not a contractual requirement of the Controller and is not a condition for the continued existence of any relationship.
The Data Subject's Personal Data may be made available by the Controller to the following third parties:
persons providing server, web, cloud or IT services to the Controller and/or other recipients.
The Controller does not intend to transfer the Data Subject's Personal Data to a third country or international organization.
The Data Subject's Personal Data will be processed by the Controller for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing the Personal Data, but no longer than thirty (30) days from the granting of Consent.
In accordance with data protection regulations, the Data Subject has the following rights:
The right to access Personal Data held by the Controller, which means that the Data Subject may at any time request confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not Personal Data are being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are made available, how long they will be processed, whether the Data Subject has the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where the Personal Data were obtained from, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place based on the processing of Personal Data. The Data Subject also has the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data, with the first provision being free of charge, and for any further provision, the Controller may request a reasonable fee for administrative costs;
The right to rectification of Personal Data, which means that the Data Subject may at any time request the Controller to correct or complete Personal Data if they are inaccurate or incomplete;
The right to erasure of Personal Data, which means that the Controller must erase Personal Data if (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the Data Subject withdraws consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing, (iii) the Data Subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, (iv) the processing is unlawful, or (v) it is required by a legal obligation;
The right to restriction of processing of Personal Data, which means that until the disputed issues regarding the processing of Personal Data are resolved, specifically if (i) the Data Subject contests the accuracy of the Personal Data, (ii) the processing is unlawful but the Data Subject wants their processing merely restricted instead of erased, (iii) the Controller no longer needs the Personal Data for the purposes of the processing, but the Data Subject does, or (iv) if the Data Subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR;
The right to data portability, which means that the Data Subject has the right to obtain the Personal Data they provided to the Controller with consent to the processing or for the performance of a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, to have the Controller transmit those data to another controller;
The right to object to the processing of Personal Data, which means that the Data Subject may file a written or electronic objection with the Controller against the processing of their Personal Data, thereby causing the Controller to no longer process the Personal Data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject.
The Data Subject may exercise all their rights set out in the previous paragraph against the Controller either in writing by registered letter or electronically using the Controller's Contact Details.
Furthermore, the Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of Personal Data with the Office for Personal Data Protection at the address Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (website: www.uoou.cz).
The Data Subject may withdraw this Consent at any time, even before the end of the above-mentioned facts. The Data Subject may withdraw Consent using the form available from the Controller or in any form using the Controller's Contact Details.
The withdrawal of Consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on Consent before its withdrawal. Upon termination of the Consent in accordance with this Article, the Personal Data will be deleted unless there is another legal basis for their further processing.
